The Mercedes-Benz 170 VS Roadster is one of the elegant open Mercedes models from the pre-war era, combining classic lines with simple and robust mechanical engineering. This model was appreciated for its comfortable driving characteristics and stylish appearance, suitable for touring as well as classic events.

This 1938 example received a good professional restoration in the past and presents today as a well-kept and authentic classic. The bodywork is undamaged and professionally repainted, the paintwork is in excellent condition and the underside is in perfect state. The interior is nicely restored, the soft top has been renewed and upgraded with fabric instead of plastic, and the carpets are in very good condition. Mechanically, the car is in honest condition, with a few attention points typical of its age.
