After the legendary "Heckflosse" gradually aged, Mercedes made a big hit again with the W108. It was introduced in 1965 and produced until 1972. From the small 250S to the 6.3-liter V8, this series has everything the heart desires.
This vehicle is a 280S, 1971 model year. It has a six-cylinder engine with two carburetors and 140 HP. The transmission is manual via a center shift.
The car is in good and beautiful condition. A lot of money has been invested in recent years, with receipts available. Just last year, numerous rubber parts were replaced on the vehicle.
The interior is in near-new condition, as everything was renewed in beige MB Tex upholstery. New carpets, headliner, door and body seals.
The color is a very dark blue with a subtle metallic effect. The light interior combined with the dark paint... along with the many chrome details... looks very elegant.
As far as I have seen, everything on the vehicle works. The clock, heater fan are also functioning. The previous owner also invested in a nice Becker Europa. You can also connect an MP3 player or similar with a cable if needed.
The purchase price includes an H-approval and a full appraisal, which will be prepared after the purchase. For a buyer who does not need this, the price is naturally reduced. For example, for a foreign buyer.
