Boat Description

"Immanuel" is a beautifully lined, seaworthy sailing living ship, featuring a new CVO/CBB inspection. The ship has been completely rebuilt in recent years into a comfortable living space, with ample light and room (5.42m wide).

Living Area

In the front is the living area, which includes:

• Spacious living room


• Open kitchen


• Owner's cabin with double bed and en suite bathroom


• Children's/lodge room with bunk beds and separate toilet

Via the stairs, you reach the tea hut, above which is the wheelhouse. Behind this area is a separate living/office space with its own kitchen.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

Sewage System

The ship is connected to the sewer system. The holding tank is emptied by means of a Homa sewage pump on the sewer connection.
