Boat Description

Beautiful Campi 400 with 1 bedroom and beautiful interior (and some things for acquisition) with a very nice mooring in Irnsum for acquisition (recreational use). The VAT has already been paid.

She comes for sale because the owner himself has moved to beautiful Friesland and therefore no longer uses the boat.

The boat is on fixed sewer, fixed water, and power. Very quiet place. See photos. She has a beautiful view of the Boarn which runs from the PM to Irnsum. And in the heart of Friesland. Close to Grou, Akkrum, Sneek etc.

The photos were taken on February 2, 2025 and clearly show the boat and the beautiful mooring (even now in winter).

Mooring Information

Mooring fee is around 2000 per year. Boat is winterproof and can be used all year.

The berth goes in consultation with the harbor master and is only available for recreational use. Possibly to talk about a berth next to it for a sloop.

The wooden staircase has already been replaced by a plastic staircase with wooden steps.

The engines have been sold. The boat is not sailed.

Additional Information

The boat has been modified and is on shore power. The batteries have been removed. No need to worry about it.

Solar panels and inverter are still there but not in use. Motors have been sold because the boat is not used for cruising. The boat has CE-D as a boat. In future engines can always be reconnected if desired. The steering console and facilities are present.
