J Boats J112e Thinking Space J/112e

'Thinking Space' J/112e is now available. For the last few years the boat has been sailed by the J Boat/Key Yachting team, facilitating demonstrations as well as competitive inshore and offshore sailing. The boat was originally specified for Double Handed Offshore, taking part in the 2025 Rolex Fastnet, however she has also proven herself to be successful in inshore fully-crewed, winning multiple local club series as well as larger regattas such as Class 1 and Overall Winner of Dartmouth Regatta 2025.

Additional Information

'Thinking Space' J/112e has been converted to a Symmetrical system with a custom carbon composite guy pole as well short bowsprit, powerful for inshore windward-leewards but also allowing opportunity for Asymmetric kites and Code 0s to be flown when called for. 'Thinking Space' has been optimised for all conditions and types of racing or cruising.

This J/112e also comes with a full compliment of North Sails (2023) which were developed especially for this boat, with enough power for fully crewed but also easy to handle for short handed and IRC optimisation. These sails have been serviced and inspected regularly by North Sails to maintain their condition.

The boat will be attending IRC Europeans in May 2026 and then will be ready to serve her new owner well.
