For planned new construction projects in Munich and the surrounding area, we are seeking domestic lenders, e.g., for the purchase of building plots. Land register security is possible. The resale of the property and thus the repayment of the loan usually occurs within a year. The investment capital should start from €100,000.
However, a direct participation from €500,000 with correspondingly high return prospects after the completion of the building units is also possible. The construction projects range between €5 million and €50 million.
The planning is carried out by a reputable architecture firm based in Munich, which is often also involved in the project. The sale of the building units begins as soon as the construction plans are completed by a local, long-established real estate agency.
