Questions about registration & account
I have to Do I have to register?
Registering with Herando is required to use the following functions:
- Selling (including ad management)
- Posting requests (including ad management)
Registering with Herando is completely uncomplicated and only requires your email address and a password. After confirmation, you can then create your profile.
I don't have an account yet. How can I create one?
You can easily register on the Herando homepage. Click on the Login / My Account button, then a field will open where you can either log in (already registered users) or register. Now follow the instructions on the screen.
You will receive a message on your email address which you must confirm. After activation you can create your profile. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to help.
I forgot my password. What now?
If you have forgotten your password, please go to Login / My Account and click on the Forgotten Password button. Enter your email address on the following page and click on the Reset password button. You will then receive an email from Herando with the Reset password link, which will take you to the Herando page when you click. Here you enter the identical password twice and click Submit. With this password you will have access to your account again.
How can I change the email address that I have stored in my account?
You can change your email address by clicking My Account in your account and then My Profile. Change the email address stored and then click on the Save Profile button at the very end of the form. Your new email address is now stored in our system.
What happens to my user data?

How can I delete my account?

How can I advertise?
If you do not yet have a user account with Herando:
Registration is required to advertise.
- Click on the button Login / My Account, you are already logged in, click on the My Profile field and then enter your personal data in the form and save your entry.
- Then choose whether you are a private or commercial provider.
- Select your desired package. After payment, this will be activated and you can post your articles/requests in the appropriate category. Describe the details of your offer as precisely as possible and upload pictures of your offer.
- After checking, we will activate your ad.
If you already have a user account with Herando:
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Then choose whether you are a private or commercial provider. Click on the Show Offers button and select your desired package. After payment, this will be activated and you can post your articles/requests in the appropriate category. Describe the details of your offer as precisely as possible and upload pictures of your offer.
- After checking, we will activate your ad.
I can't find my ad. When will it be activated on Herando?
If you cannot find your ad on Herando, this may have the following reasons:
- The manual review has not yet taken place.
Our quality management checks ads manually before activation. It is possible that your ad is still under review.
How can I delete my ad?
To delete an ad, log in, go to My Account, then My Ads. Here you can see your advertisements. If you click on the trash icon, the advertisement will be deleted.
