*If the watch has tested positive for water resistance, this property applies at the time of measurement. According to DIN 8310, water resistance is not permanent. It should be checked annually and before particular stresses, as the built-in sealing elements can degrade over time and with daily use. Factors such as temperature fluctuations, chlorine, soap, or saltwater negatively affect water resistance.
Please avoid a common mistake: never operate the crown or chronograph of the wristwatch underwater, regardless of the stated water resistance.
