Very tidy 2020 model Beneteau Oceanis 38.1. Lake based with one owner from new. Two cabin version with berths for 6. Shallow draft keel (1.64m). Comes with extras such as the additional water tank, bow thruster, heating, quiet-flush electric toilet and a full cockpit enclosure.

Construction:

GRP construction with grey hull and white decks. Shallow draft fin keel (1.64m), twin rudders and twin wheel steering. Wooden cockpit sole and seating.

Mechanicals:

Powered by a Yanmar 3JH5E 40hp diesel with saildrive and 3 bladed folding propeller. Last service April 2025. 3 x 12v batteries supply engine start and service power and there is an additional battery dedicated to the bow thruster. Shore power battery charger and Webasto diesel heating fitted. Electric Windlass.

Rigging and sails:

Bermudan Sloop with deck stepped allow mast and spars and stainless wire standing rigging. In-mast furling Mainsail and roller furling Genoa. Both sails are original, lightly used and described as being in "good condition".

Accommodation:

Accommodation for 6 with fore and aft double cabins and 2 saloon settee berths. Small fold down chart table with electronics panel to starboard. Galley to port with gas oven, hob and grill, sink with pressurised hot and cold water, fridge with small ice box and plenty of storage. Central dining table with folding leaves. Heads to port with a separate shower compartment.
