Large luxury houseboat fully equipped. Only been in use a few times. Beautiful berth in Drachten can be taken over. Rental of the boat is allowed. The start of this boat was started in 2021. In 2024 she was only finished and launched in the port of Drachten. At the end of 2024 considerable investments were made to add extra Pontoons under the boat to make it even more sturdy and solid. The old pontoons are also still under the boat. She is now extra solid and extremely sturdy. The boat is in good condition.
Some more improvements were made in September 2025 and a damage on outside starboard was repaired. Photos of before and after repairs are in the presentation.
The roof is strong enough to make a roof terrace on. There is also a connection on the roof to make a steering console. Enough possibilities.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

The windows are all triple-glazed. All windows have Warema brand blinds (worth 24,000 euros). The floor of the boat is solid ruby wood.

There are two large black water tanks, each with a capacity of 550 liters. Grey water goes overboard. Extraction is only needed very occasionally.
