Engine and Mechanical
The engine room features

  • In the spring of 2023, the port engine had a single cylinder failure due to a bad injector. Instead of rebuilding one cylinder kit along with a new head and new injectors the owner elected to rebuild the entire port motor. Rebuild by Smith and Wick Diesel Service. At the same time both motors received new injectors.

  • In the spring of 2024, the starboard engine received a full engine rebuild by Gregory Poole Cat in Beaufort. During the engine work the owner also elected to get Cat Extended Service Coverage for both engines. The ESC is transferable and is good through 7/15/2027.

  • New Aftercoolers on both engines, 2023 new turbos on starboard engine 2018. Twin Onan 27.5 KW Generators, approx. 1900 hours each 3.5″ Aquamet 22 Shafts Dripless New Shafts and Seals 2024
