Teak decking runs throughout the exterior, providing a classic, high-quality surface. Comfort-focused features include sunseats with covers, an extended foredeck sunbed with sunshade, and foredeck railing cushions for lounging at anchor.
The aft deck features a sofa facing backwards towards the sea and an additional sunshade. Roof racks rated to 60kg and stern gates offer both safety and versatility for travel or storage. A fishing rod holder is mounted on the wheelhouse, and a bow ladder provides easy access to the water.
Anchoring is effortless with a windlass on the bow, complemented by a foredeck table and mooring accessories. The mooring package includes four mooring lines, four fenders, and fender covers. The foiled hull is finished in Oracal 932 graphite metallic.
Inside, the forward cabin is finished in Nordic oak with double berth cushions and beige carpets. The port-side galley includes hot water and an LPG gas cooktop, along with a Nimbus cutlery and crockery set for onboard meals. A separate toilet compartment is located on the starboard side, while extra portlights brighten the cabin space.
The saloon sofa converts to an additional berth, offering both comfort and flexibility. A Nimbus pillow set completes the warm, welcoming interior, while black-water overboard discharge adds extra convenience.
The wheelhouse features port and starboard side doors, an aft window, a large windscreen with cover, and a manual glass roof hatch with blinds. C-shaped seating to the aft converts into an additional berth, complemented by a removable table. Helm and co-pilot bolster seats provide comfort whether sitting or standing.
The large dash offers full engine controls and twin Simrad 12" displays, ensuring a clean, ergonomic layout that puts essential information and controls at your fingertips.
At the helm, two Simrad NSX 12” plotters provide crystal-clear navigation. These are supported by a Simrad xSonic sonar – Bronze HDI XDCR, hybrid dual imaging thru-hull transducer for precise depth and seabed readings. Additional electronics include a Simrad autopilot with OP12 controller, HALO20+ radar, Precision 9 compass, and Simrad RS40 VHF with AIS receiver and antenna.
The hifi package includes a Clarion CMM30 stereo and two CMS651 cockpit speakers. Other features include an Isotherm 15L hot water system, Chargemaster shore power (12/25A) with 25m cable, two 230V outlets, two blue underwater lights, a searchlight on a stainless steel mast with joystick, a wireless charging nest for phones, and remote control for the bow thruster and windlass.
This suite provides excellent navigation, communication, and onboard power, making the C9 well-suited to coastal cruising or busy waterways.
The C9, part of the Nimbus Commuter range, is powered by a Mercury Verado V8-300 XL outboard engine in Cold Fusion White. This delivers strong, responsive performance, enhanced by Active Trim and the Mercury Upgrade package, including VesselView Mobile and First Mate for smart engine management.
Manoeuvrability is further improved by a bow thruster and the Zipwake dynamic trim control system (450mm), offering smooth handling and stability at speed or in crosswinds. Fuel capacity is 320L, with fresh water capacity at 56L. CE Category C8 ensures she is capable of both long-distance cruises and short hops with ease.
