Background

The owners purchased this catamaran about a year and a half ago as part of a real estate development project at Bahia Mar. The vessel was intended to serve as a floating support platform for the project — essentially a showcase yacht during the construction phase. Over $400,000 was invested in refit work, including mechanical overhauls, cosmetic upgrades, and general improvements. Since the development plans changed, the catamaran was never actually used by the owners.

It is now offered for sale in excellent condition, fully upgraded and ready for immediate use.
