The beautiful, yet efficient, galley includes a host of conveniences that will make each on-the-water excursion thoroughly enjoyable.

The 420 Sundancer set the gold standard for express yacht styling and luxury during her production years. Indeed, her muscular lines compared well with the sport cruisers of her era, and a large cockpit and spacious interior made many of her European counterparts seem small in comparison. Built on a deep-V hull with prop pockets and a relatively wide 14 beam, the luxurious two-stateroom, two-head floorplan of the 420 Sundancer is an impressive blend of high-gloss cherry joinery, Ultraleather seating, and designer fabrics. Privacy doors (not curtains) separate both staterooms from the salon, and her full-service galley includes a separate under-counter refrigerator and freezer, Corian counters, pop-down TV, and pull-out pantry. At the helm, a fully adjustable flip-up bolster captain's seat adjoins a 2-person bench, with a well-laid dashboard. The cockpit has a wetbar, large U-shaped seating and table, and the entire sole can be electrically raised for engine access. Note also the extended swim platform, split forward head and shower, and underwater exhaust system. An excellent performer with Cummins 420hp V-drive diesels, the 420 Sundancer will cruise in the mid 20s and top out around 30 knots.

Accommodations:

This is a very well maintained 2003 Sea Ray Sundancer. The Sundancers are noted for their sleek designs, performance and efficiency and of course their innovative interiors. Starting with the master stateroom forward, the large queen berth is very comfortable. The space has hanging lockers, good storage in shelves and drawers. There is ample light and ventilation from opening port lights and a hatch. A natural mahogany wood appearance throughout the interior is of a beautiful color and shine, very clean. Access to the separate head and shower is easy, just aft one step. To port is the galley with large double sink, stove top, microwave, refrigerator freezer and good counter space, corian style. The salon has a table and bench seating, good storage in cabinets with full entertainment center including Stereo surround sound, flat screen television, cd player, video player for exception sound and video enjoyment. Just aft of the salon is a step down to the famed sundancer cabin with seating, fold out double berth and curtain enclosure. Up the companionway step to the main deck with full hardtop, control helm station, full electronics, gauges and controls as well as hatches and vents for addition ventilation. The helm seat is adjustable and the bench next to it can accommodate two more crew/observers. The gathering/ passenger area is just aft and has seating for eight, a centered table and a sink with counter space. The access door to the swim step is to port. This layout is superb.
