Sunseeker Predator 64 BLU MILLA III

BLU MILLA III is an elegant 2009 Sunseeker Predator 64, featuring a stunning midnight blue hull, teak-laid main deck, and refined Tanganika walnut interiors, enhanced by wooden parquet flooring throughout both the day and night areas, leather sofas, and wooden venetian blinds in every cabin and living space.
The yacht has had only two owners and has always been used privately, with no charter activity.
In 2022, the hull was completely repainted.
Between 2023 and 2024, several upgrades and maintenance works were carried out, including:

• new LED lighting system (interior and exterior);
• installation of parquet flooring throughout;
• installation of a new watermaker;
• complete replacement of all service and engine batteries;
• overhaul of the air conditioning system;
• servicing of heat exchangers;
• replacement of the galley refrigerator;
• new tender & outboard engine.

INTERIORS
Salon and Main Deck Living Area
The spacious and bright main salon, finished with premium materials, features an elegant living area with leather sofas and a central telescopic table. On the opposite side, a dedicated cabinet houses a Sony 40” TV, Bose Lifestyle sound system, Alpine Multi CD/MP3 player, and HD satellite decoder.
The helm station is equipped with an electric Besenzoni pilot seat, complemented by a comfortable co-pilot settee.
The galley, located below deck and accessed via two steps, is fully equipped and finished with fine wood and stainless-steel accents. It includes a Bosch cooktop, Sharp digital oven, Bosch dishwasher, and a full-height Vitrifrigo refrigerator/freezer.
Night Area
Master Cabin – Midship, Full Beam Elegant and generously proportioned, it features a double bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower, Sharp TV, Alpine CD/MP3 system, safe, a side settee and a vanity area.
Wooden venetian blinds complete a refined and perfectly lit environment.
VIP Cabin – Forward
A welcoming and luminous double cabin, equipped with Sharp TV, Alpine CD/MP3 system, and dedicated bathroom.
Guest Cabin – Twin Berths (L-shaped layout)
Also equipped with Sharp TV and Alpine CD/MP3 system, it provides convenient access to the guest bathroom with separate shower, which also serves as a day head thanks to its double entrance.
Crew Cabin
Located aft, with separate access and private facilities, the crew cabin ensures complete privacy between guest and service areas.

EXTERIORS
The spacious cockpit is intelligently laid out to offer a generous outdoor living area, featuring comfortable seating, a central dining table and a fully equipped wet bar with sink, electric BBQ, refrigerator and icemaker, as well as an electrically operated retractable bimini for optimal shade and comfort.
Large sunbathing areas are located both forward and aft, providing ample space for relaxation. At the stern, the yacht is equipped with a Besenzoni Tender Lift with hydraulic bathing platform, along with a dedicated storage hangar for tender or equipment.
