The Senso 45 you see in the photos was sold in March 2026. But can be viewed by appointment. This or a similar steel houseboat can be built to your liking in multiple sizes with your desired specifications.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

Roof terrace is possible

The houseboat has a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The beauty of the design of this houseboat is the steering console at the front of the boat. Through a corridor to reach with on either side the bedrooms and toilet and bathroom.
The living room is at the rear of the boat with beautiful doors to the rear terrace making the living room in nice weather considerably enlarged. The nice model of this houseboat with the beautiful line descending to the rear of the boat provides shelter to the sides of the terrace.

The houseboat has a large capacity of tanks.
Fresh water is separated. 920 liters for use water. And 250 liters suitable for drinking water equipped with additional carbon filtration.
Luxury kitchen.

There are two bedrooms with enough closet space. 1 master bedroom with a double bed 140 by 200. (standard)

A bow thruster will be installed after purchase of the boat and is included in the asking price.
Everything can be built in upon request. There is enough space and facilities on the boat for this.

In the demo model is a service battery (120 ah lead battery) so that all facilities work on 12 volts when the boat is not on shore power. Battery dripper included.
Also included in this demo is already a Raymarine DST800 Transducer depth sounder with i40 Bidata display. Camera, Navigation lights, wifi antenna, VHF handheld Stadard Horizon HX210E.

Present are lines, fenders, fire alarms, a horn, life buoy and two spud poles that can anchor to a depth of 2 meters.
