Sunseeker Predator 72 LOKU KADE

Lokù Kadè is a Sunseeker Predator 72, 4-cabin version, featuring a black hull, beige
superstructure, teak cockpit, and satin walnut interiors with leather sofas and teak parquet flooring.
Single owner, with full-time crew on board, private use only.
Built in 2007/2008 (model 2008), first registration in 2009.
Main upgrades and maintenance:
2016: replacement of AGM engine batteries; installation of Smart TVs in the saloon and master cabin; portable speakers installed on the bow sunbathing area.
2017: replacement of sea inlets and side portlight; replacement of service batteries; renewal of exterior upholstery.
2018: zero-hour hull treatment; overhaul of cooling systems and intercoolers; replacement of watermaker membranes; installation of teak parquet flooring in the sleeping area;
replacement of generator batteries; installation of new electric oven.
2019: new parquet flooring in the sleeping area; new cockpit refrigerator; watermaker overhaul; replacement of TV and carpet in the master cabin; installation of window blinds and cushion covers; replacement of 140 m anchor chain.
2020: replacement of cockpit teak and aft platform teak.
2023: renewal of saloon upholstery and roof repainting.
Since winter 2024, the yacht has been stored in a shed due to non-use.

Forward VIP double cabin with en-suite bathroom with shower box, Sharp TV, Sky decoder, and CD/MP3 player.
Starboard guest cabin with twin beds, Sharp TV, Sky decoder, and CD/MP3 player.
Port guest cabin with bunk beds, Sharp TV, and CD/MP3 player.
Guest bathroom with shower box and double access.
