The boat overall is in nice condition. The gel coat was clean, hull sides are shiny. The boat gets detailed regularly. The cushion look nice with minimal wear and tear. The canvas top and enclosure look great. The helm appears to be in good operational condition. The gauges are clear, switches easy to read and controls look nice. The cabin was clean with no odors or mildew present. The cabin sole in the salon is real wood and in nice condition. The cabins had the carpet replaced with vinyl plank flooring. The cabinets and galley look nice. The entry near the forward head has some slight delamination. The cabinets look nice and no water stains were present. The aft cabin was cozy, the entry wood panel has a foggy clear finish. The head was clean and odor free. The engine room had no fuel or oil smells. The engines showed minimal corrosion and paint chipping. The bilge was clean.
