Houseboat Overview

Very nice small size solid houseboat with steel hull, perfect for B&B rental with jacuzzi and sauna.

This houseboat was designed and built by the Solstar GROUP, a company specialized in the production of innovative houseboats, floating homes and hotels on water. In early 2025, the Solstar Group's modular floating hotel was successfully presented at the Dubai International Boat Show.

Construction and Design

The houseboats are built on specially designed steel hulls with the aim of providing durability, stability and multi-purpose use. This makes the houseboat/units not only ideal as floating/boating cottages, but also suitable as floating offices, cafes and even complete hotel structures.

Thanks to solid steel construction, energy-efficient systems and high thermal insulation, the houseboat guarantees year-round comfort regardless of weather conditions.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

Technical Specifications

Construction:

Hull: steel (thickness 4-5 mm), reinforced with trusses and bulkheads; equipped with built-in stainless steel tanks for fresh and gray water. The design guarantees maximum safety. Winter insulation: walls and roof with a heat transfer coefficient of less than 0.20-0.25 W/m²K.

Exterior wall insulation: polyurethane, for high thermal efficiency.

Facade: The standard version uses powder-coated steel cladding with a 30-year warranty. (wood, wood-look laminate or plain film coating choice for new construction)

Windows: PVC, double-glazed

Single door to front terrace.

Interior headroom can be made up to 250 cm on new houseboats.

Motor: electric motor or gasoline outboard motor to be chosen as an option according to customer requirements.
