From mid January 2026, this beautiful first built "Flark" Prins Homeship with 130 HP inboard engine, bow and stern thruster, 2 spud poles, and a generator is for sale again. She has been used for many years as a B&B in downtown Groningen but has served as a pied à terre last year for the current owner who is sailing around the world and is leaving again this spring and is therefore for sale again!

She is currently for viewing near Sneek but will come to our sales marina at Goliath in Sneek in March 2026. Call Terry Bos or Niels Schröder to make an appointment for a viewing. This is absolutely worth it! The boat is solidly built, completely complete with everything on it.

If desired, there is also a berth for the ship available in a beautiful harbor at the Sneekermeer. Renting out the ship is also a possibility.

In May and resp. September 2024, the Flark has been out of the water for an inspection and maintenance (a slipway, underwater ship treatment). Inspection report available.

This Prins Homeship 1350/1325 has a unique monohull underwater hull and is considered a steel motor yacht with really good (professional) sailing characteristics with the comfort of a houseboat.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

Luxury model 'VaarHuis' which is available immediately. Excellent for private use or rental purposes. Of a series of 11 ships, construction number 7 is a true collector's item.
