The boat is delivered including qualitatively beautiful furnishings as you can see in the pictures, ready to use. Almost all large windows are sliding doors and can be opened.

Design and Construction

Surla Houseboats are designed as off-grid, durable and very comfortable houseboats. The boat is built in the Netherlands, finished by the well-known houseboat builder Gielissen Shipyard in Helmond.

With this Surla you can sail (self-sufficient) (no license needed) so you can enjoy your freedom and the beautiful nature everywhere without the need of shore power or water often. Easy to sail due to its dimensions and safe gangways around the boat.

Specifications

The base consists of a frame of galvanized steel. Equipped with catamaran floats (HDPE) and with a basement box where many things can be stored (8 meters by 2 meters and deep 1 meter). The houseboat has a living area of over 35 m² and has a spacious roof terrace.

There is plenty of use of natural materials. This makes the design with lots of wood fits beautifully into nature.

For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.

Hull and Structure

Catamaran Hull. HDPE Polyethylene Floats. The platform/frame is steel.

• In the middle is a Polyethylene tub of 8 by 2 by 1 meter deep which houses all the pipes and tanks and which can also serve for storage.


• The boat has gangways of about 50 cm wide finished with hardwood.


• The boat has spud poles suitable for Dutch inland waters (approximately 2.5 meters anchor depth).

The houseboat is durable in both construction and use: Only durable materials were used in its construction and manufactured using the most advanced techniques. When the weather is sunny, it is possible to recreate on the water without the use of utilities from April to October. Connection to electricity or clean drinking water is then not necessary.

Layout Details

Layout houseboat: From the living room with luxury open kitchen you have a beautiful view over the water to the outside. With sliding doors on all sides of the living room. Around the houseboat there is a gangway of about 50 cm wide. At the front a terrace of 13 m², at the rear there are stairs to the roof terrace.
