Hanse 400

Boat Overview

We now offer you this Hanse 400 in the three-cabin version, from the first owner. This boat is technically well-maintained and has several interesting options, such as an autopilot and heating. Hanse yachts are a familiar sight on the water for many water sports enthusiasts, and for good reason. This yacht sails well, is very spacious, and neatly finished.

Exterior Features

Externally, the spacious cockpit and well-thought-out deck layout are striking. All lines lead back to the cockpit, so you don't have to go out onto the foredeck in bad weather and can remain comfortably sheltered behind the large sprayhood. The sails are recent and all in good condition. The boat is also very maneuverable under power. The folding propeller, saildrive, and seal have recently been replaced.

Interior Features

The Hanse 400 features a spacious and bright interior with light-colored cushions and beautiful mahogany woodwork. Additional comfort is provided by the Webasto heating system. To port is the chart table with the switch panel and VHF radio. To starboard is the practical galley, naturally equipped with hot water, a gas stove with oven, and a large top-loading cool box, also with a practical door at the front.

Saloon and Cabins

In the saloon, to starboard, there is a large and comfortable U-shaped settee with a central table, which can easily be lowered to create an extra bed. The forepeak has a cabin with a double bed and ample storage. Aft are two cabins with double beds. The head with toilet (with stainless steel wastewater tank) and shower are to port.

Suitability

The Hanse 400 is an ideal boat for families, yet easy to handle, making it suitable for even a small crew.
