Construction

The hulls, deck, and roof are constructed using E-glass, core cell sans foam core, and epoxy resin infusion, which has been post-cured for optimal strength and durability. This advanced construction method also incorporates carbon primary bulkheads, carbon longitudinal stringers, chain plates, and daggerboard casings for enhanced structural integrity.

The longeron is crafted from carbon composite, and the forward crossbeam features a laminated carbon I-beam encased in a composite shell, ensuring exceptional rigidity and performance. For long-term reliability and to prevent moisture penetration, all thru-hulls and deck fittings are installed in solid laminate. For safety at sea, both the forepeak and lazarette lockers are equipped with watertight bulkheads and crash boxes.
