Introducing the magnificent 2015 Mengi Yay Custom Motor Yacht, "Aquila," a stunning vessel that combines elegance with performance. Aquila features exterior design by Ginton Naval Architects. She has a wood hull and a wood superstructure. The yacht carries 13,100 litres of fuel on board. She was recently relaunched at West Istanbul Marina following refit works which lasted 9 months. The refit started with a modest exterior and interior renovation plan. However, these initial updates evolved into a comprehensive refit project, featuring a complete interior redesign, a hull repaint from gold to shades of gray, and various technical enhancements.

The new design combines modern minimalism with classic nautical touches, including striped upholstery. İbrahim Konya and his team oversaw the redesign, incorporating new furniture and details throughout the yacht. Significant additions include a new games room on the upper deck and state-of-the-art large-screen TVs on both the upper and main decks.

On the technical side, the engines and generators were overhauled, all electrical systems were renewed and updated, and new navigation equipment was installed.
