The Nissen convinces with its excellent sailing characteristics, very good equipment and is equipped for all waters with its electric lifting keel (1.00 m - 2.20 m).
The timeless and lightweight hull design combines seaworthiness and aesthetics. Due to its beautiful interior design and the additional hull windows, the Nissen offers a bright, well-ventilated and cozy living atmosphere.
The cockpit, with its clean lines and teak seats, guarantees free space under sail. With a removable table, it invites you to linger in the harbour.
This sailing yacht is second hand and has been very well maintained by the owners. The sailing yacht, built in 1988, was rebuilt around 2007 by the Wegener shipyard according to the wishes of the first owner.
Since 2022, the ship has been fundamentally overhauled by renowned shipyards in a second cycle.

Various renovations, all expert:
Aluminum mast with complete equipment (lighting, shrouds) new 2023 from Hahnfeld Masten
Hull paint new 2023, completely stripped and rebuilt in a tempered spray chamber with 16 layers (shipyard). The fuselage has no defects (scratches etc.) and is therefore also visually in perfect condition.
Paint deck superstructure new 2023, completely stripped and rebuilt in injection chamber (shipyard), see above Paint cockpit: revised in 2025.
Grout teak deck new 2023 (shipyard)
Keel hydraulics serviced and partially renewed 2024 (shipyard), keel box sealing renewed 2024 (shipyard)
Saildrive gearbox removed and serviced 2024 (Motor Service / shipyard), engine serviced annually by a specialist company.
