Design and Layout

The concept focuses on maximum comfort and convenience. This boat features:

• A floor entirely on one level.


• A rectangular structure with upright walls for optimal living space usage.


• A length of 12.50 meters providing over 30 m² of living space.


• A spacious terrace at the front of the boat.

The desired layout can be customized. The interior can be furnished with furniture and kitchen equipment as per the user's preferences.

Construction and Insulation

The boat is constructed with:

• A steel hull.


• A composite superstructure with a very high insulation value.

It comes standard with central heating and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The use of low-maintenance double-glazed windows makes the ship suitable for year-round use.

Design Collaboration

The ship was designed in collaboration with Martin Bekebrede, a renowned designer of motor yachts. The excellent sailing characteristics of a Pedro have been a key consideration in this boat's design. No compromises have been made on the design of the underwater hull, setting it apart from other houseboats.

Special Features

A notable feature is the spud pile system. This allows the boat to be secured without mooring, which is useful when waiting for a bridge. The integrated spud poles can be lowered at the touch of a button to secure the boat to the bottom.

Propulsion Options

The boat can be equipped with multiple propulsion systems. It comes standard with a Volvo diesel engine, but can also be supplied with hydraulic or electric versions.

Size and Accessibility

The model is available in different sizes. The vertical clearance is 2.50 meters, allowing access to many inland waterways with fixed bridges.
